Whether you're looking for challenging total body classes, low impact, core/lower body, or relaxing mind/body classes... we got you covered! This list is intended to be a description of all our class offerings. We may not be offering all these classes at this time, check our class schedule or contact us to check if the class you are interested in is being currently offered. We'd love to have to join us!
Remember, you are welcome to join us in any of these classes. It doesn't matter your age, fitness level, or experience. We want you to enjoy yourself. We will help modify exercises for both beginners and advanced individuals as needed. If you have a pre-existing condition, such as a back issue or recent surgery, please let us know so we are aware.

SilverSneakers®![]() Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.

Move, Dance & Boogie![]() Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-impact and high-excitement into a class that helps motivate movement and burn calories. Lots of fun and laughs.

Cycling![]() Looking for a great cardio workout? Group cycling incorporates aerobic and anaerobic intervals, speed training, resistance, and may include upper arm work to give you an exhilarating cardio experience! Rides are set to rocking music to motivate you as you ride and any fitness level is welcome!

Line DancingLine Dancing has been popular for years. No need to grab your cowboy boots and hat for this class. These dances are fun and the repeated sequence makes them easy to learn. Come and join your friends for some Hodag fun!
