This list is intended to be a description of all our class offerings. We may not be offering all these classes at this time, check our class schedule or contact us to check if the class you are interested in is being currently offered. We'd love to have tojoin us!
Remember, you are welcome to join us in any of these classes. It doesn't matter your age, fitness level, or experience. We want you to enjoy yourself. We will help modify exercises for both beginners and advanced individuals as needed. If you have a pre-existing condition, such as a back issue or recent surgery, please let us know so we are aware.
Total Body Classes
Boot Camp incorporates a variety of moderate to intense exercises that are found in an obstacle course setting. Boot Camp is usually held outside, but we do offer indoor classes during the cold season. When outside, be prepared to enjoy the beauty of nature; rain, mud, frost, sunrise, birds, mosquitoes, and gnats.
This Total Body Conditioning class will challenge your entire body - top to bottom! We integrate cardio, strength, and resistance training using a variety of equipment into a full class. If you are looking for a class that will integrate your whole body, this is it!
Step Aerobics is a super fun and challenging aerobics class using an elevated step. This class will burn 30-60% more calories than a traditional aerobics class! Emphasis is placed on the hips, thighs, abs, and glutes all while getting a great overall workout!
Tae Bo® Fitness is a program that combines the best variety of different exercise disciplines to provide the ultimate total body workout. A Powerful cardiovascular workout. Tae Bo® fitness is the combination of self-awareness and the control of martial arts, the focus and strength of boxing, and the grace and rhythm of dance.
Low Impact Classes
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
Zumba® & Zumba Gold®
Join the party! Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Looking for a great cardio workout? Group cycling incorporates aerobic and anaerobic intervals, speed training, resistance, and may include upper arm work to give you an exhilarating cardio experience! Rides are set to rocking music to motivate you as you ride and any fitness level is welcome!
Line Dancing has been popular for years. No need to grab your cowboy boots and hat for this class. These dances are fun and the repeated sequence makes them easy to learn. Come and join your friends for some Hodag fun!

Looking for a great core workout in just 30 minutes? Core training will give you a challenging and efficient workout to target your abdominals, lower back, and hips.
Butts & Gutts
This 30 minute class is sure to "awaken" and firm those muscles in the abdominals, lower back, legs, hips and glutes.
Stability Balls offer a wide range of benefits. The focus of exercises may change but the "core" is always engaged. "Core" strengthening, balance and coordination are the key elements of this Ball Class.
Tai Chi has proven to be one of the most powerful , yet, gentle ways to rejuvenate the body and maintain and restore health. It combines smooth and circular body movement with mental relaxation and focus. Tai Chi has been reported to help lower blood pressure, increase circulation, and open joints.
