Remember, you are welcome to join us in any of these classes. It doesn't matter your age, fitness level, or experience. We want you to enjoy yourself. We will help modify exercises for both beginners and advanced individuals as needed. If you have a pre-existing condition, such as a back issue or recent surgery, please let us know so we are aware.
