Class Schedule

Classes add fun and will with camaraderie! Group exercise works!  Take a look at our class schedule and join us for some fun and challenging classes!
COVID concerns everyone! To protect each other, we have spread the cardio equipment apart at the gym and moved classes to the Townsend Town Hall.

Remember, you are welcome to join us in any of these classes.  It doesn't matter your age, fitness level, or experience. We want you to enjoy yourself.  We will help modify exercises for both beginners and advanced individuals as needed.  If you have a pre-existing condition, such as a back issue or recent surgery, please let us know so we are aware.
