Spring Schedule
May 19, 2025 we will be moving outdoors.  Workouts will be at the Pavillion behind the fire station in Lakewood. 
Bring a towel for picnic bench to avoid slivers and a sweatshirt for days without sun.

Everyone is welcome to join us at any of these classes regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. We understand that pre-existing conditions often play a part in your goal to improve your health. We will work with you to modify your exercise plan due to any heath concerns that may limit your participation. 

Class Description

Whether you're looking for challenging total body classes, low impact, core/lower body, or relaxing mind/body classes... we've got you covered! Below is a list of classes we have offered in the past and will again throughout the year.  We'd love to have to join us!

Conditioning

This Total Body Conditioning class will challenge your entire body - top to bottom! We integrate cardio, strength, and resistance training using a variety of equipment into a full class. If you are looking for a class that will integrate your whole body, this is it!

Step Aerobics

Step Aerobics is a super fun and challenging aerobics class using an elevated step. This class will burn 30-60% more calories than a traditional aerobics class! Emphasis is placed on the hips, thighs, abs, and glutes all while getting a great overall workout!

Silver Sneakers

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance.  Chairs provided.

The Butts and Guts class is designed to shape, sculpt, and strengthen your butt, thigh, back and core muscles in a targeted and high energy workout.

Yoga

Connect your mind and body...
Yoga rejuvenates energy levels, relieves stress, and reduces fatigue and/or chronic pain.  Learn breathing techniques and coordinated stretches to maximize your body's full potential while enjoying a relaxing and calm
environment

Dance & Boogie

Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-impact and high-excitement into a class that helps motivate movement and burn calories. Lots of fun and laughs.

Chair Yoga

Yoga helps improve balance, flexibility, posture, strength and stamina. Chair yoga includes more breathing and enables clients with physical restrictions to participate with the assistance of a chair while getting all the benefits of Yoga.

Ball Class

Stability Balls offer a wide range of benefits.  The focus of exercises may change but the "core" is always training, resistance, and may include upper arm work to  give you an exhilarating cardio experience! Rides are set to rocking music to motivate you.

Group cycling incorporates aerobic and anaerobic intervals, speed training, resistance, and may include upper arm work to give you an exhilarating cardio experience! Rides are set to rocking music to motivate you as you ride and any fitness level is welcome!
