Classes add fun and camaraderie with other members of the community! Group exercise works! Due to the increase in our memberships and popularity we have added the Townsend Town Hall for our Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes in the fall/winter months and Lakewood picnic pavillion in the Spring/Summer. Tuesday and Thursday remain at our facility along with membership access to our workout equipment.

Class Description
Whether you're looking for challenging total body classes, low impact, core/lower body, or relaxing mind/body classes... we've got you covered! Below is a list of classes we have offered in the past and will again throughout the year. We'd love to have to join us!
ConditioningThis Total Body Conditioning class will challenge your entire body - top to bottom! We integrate cardio, strength, and resistance training using a variety of equipment into a full class. If you are looking for a class that will integrate your whole body, this is it!

Step AerobicsStep Aerobics is a super fun and challenging aerobics class using an elevated step. This class will burn 30-60% more calories than a traditional aerobics class! Emphasis is placed on the hips, thighs, abs, and glutes all while getting a great overall workout!

Silver SneakersHave fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. Chairs provided.

Butts & GutsThe Butts and Guts class is designed to shape, sculpt, and strengthen your butt, thigh, back and core muscles in a targeted and high energy workout.

Dance & BoogieTake the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-impact and high-excitement into a class that helps motivate movement and burn calories. Lots of fun and laughs.

Chair YogaYoga helps improve balance, flexibility, posture, strength and stamina. Chair yoga includes more breathing and enables clients with physical restrictions to participate with the assistance of a chair while getting all the benefits of Yoga.

Ball ClassStability Balls offer a wide range of benefits. The focus of exercises may change but the "core" is always training, resistance, and may include upper arm work to give you an exhilarating cardio experience! Rides are set to rocking music to motivate you.
